1. Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of purchase, though we often dispatch sooner. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Royal Mail.
3. Tracked Shipping Options We offer tracked shipping on all orders. At checkout, you can choose your preferred service:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Estimated next working day delivery (UK)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Estimated 2-3 working days delivery (UK)
International delivery timeframes will vary by destination.
4. International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order total.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service and delivery destination. We do not currently offer free shipping.
6. Delays Whilst we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. If your tracked parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at artisticsipsofficial1@hotmail.com or 07944 166 178 and we will do our best to assist you.
