All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to offer a replacement or exchange. To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
