🚫 No Refunds Policy

Due to the personalised and custom nature of all our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Every item is made to order specifically for you, so please ensure you are happy with your choices before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

📦 Damaged in Transit

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic proof of the damage. We will assess each case individually and where possible, we will repair the item. If a repair is not possible, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value. Please note that we are unable to swap a damaged item for a different product.

To keep your tumbler or bottle looking beautiful and protect the UV DTF wrap, please follow these care instructions:

Not microwave safe — please do not place in the microwave
Not dishwasher safe — please do not place in the dishwasher
Clean with warm water only — gently hand wash with warm water to protect the UV DTF design
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials

Following these care instructions will ensure your tumbler stays looking stunning for as long as possible!
